Friendly owners, great location near transport and shops! Easy walk to Buckingham Palace. The breakfast was fine, and check-in was a breeze. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout!

I had a wonderful solo trip to London and this hotel made it even better! The manager was incredibly cute, and the staff were all so pleasant. Breakfast was a delicious, fresh English breakfast - cooked to order! The location was perfect, near Paddington Station and many amazing sights. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed. I especially loved the kettle and old teacups.
